Hi Tessa, welcome! I used to suffer with this too, haven't for a few years. I could never find a way to deal with it, nothing successful anyways. My breasts are pretty large, I am a 50M bra, but that is tight. I have a hard time finding bras, what size are you? Do you have a good bra?

hi bustyterry the wash cloth is placed on chest under breast to absorb moisture, the breast has to lay on it to hold in place, cotton bras aren't noted for there support, so the large breasted ladies can get away with this,i dont think the afect would be the same if you put it in the bra to hold it LOL

Hi Tessa. I have had this occasionally too. The first thing is stop wearing any tight bras like sports bras ( that was my problem) or tight clothing.

If you do get sweaty try to have a shower asap and make sure you dry yourself completely. Use a hair dryer if you need to!

If you have acne already visit the pharmacist and ask for an acne treatment but make sure it is for sensitive skin. I didn't tell them where it was!

If it's quite bad you should see your doctor.

Hope this helps.

Hi ladies,
Great website! I am also an M-cup & I know that yucky under-breast sweaty feeling all too well. I've tried many things. Bottom line: keep 'em dry and treat them like your face. Use a gentle scrub like ProActiv, followed by a toner (alcohol once in a while is ok but not too often or you'll dry out). Use a facial mask once week.

Baby powder contains talc which can clog your pores but a fragrance-free, talc-free powder could help.

Instead of a washcloth, which I find too bulky, I use paper towels. They offer more flexibility with size and some brands are very soft & absorbent. Plus you can toss them when you're done. Not the most green option but it works. They do make cotton pads for this purpose also but don't remember where I saw them; sorry.

Also, it's not the best look & I can't believe I'm admitting this but when I get home, I just wear a tank top and tuck it under my boobs, pulling the bottom into the center between them. It absorbs the sweat & keeps the girls in place. If you get a snug-fitting tank top without too much stretch, it's just enough support to use as a "leisure bra" under another tank or t-shirt for quick trips to the store or laundry room, etc. More comfy too!

Good luck!

I've tried using my anti-perspirant (same as for underarms)instead of continuing to get meds from the dermatologist. It really works but you need to do so after thoroughly drying area after bathing. Please let me know how it works out for you!
