Yes I too thought about the possibility of legal ramifications but I seriously doubt it as I have known her for fairly well for 2 years prior to hiring. A few years ago she heard I also had a small photo studio and asked me to do some photos for her. She is not at all shy about the way she is built and is comfortable enough to ask me to do probably 10-12 shoots for her in the line of vintage pin-up style for her portfolio.
Additionally both she and her mother have a small issue regarding legal residency and the last thing they want is to draw any attention. In the end I am more perplexed regarding her mother as she is of a different culture and I don’t want her to feel embarrassed by my offer.
Regarding the other question that has not been asked, is no I have not slept with her or ever acted inappropriately. She is half my age and with age I have learned that women at that age are more hassle than they are worth.
