How is it possible to get a well-fitted, custom-made bra without having a bra specialist physically measure my breast?   That is a question many women have when they find our website.   Well, we do it by obtaining as much information from you as we can.   We also need pictures of you wearing a bra.   We do not want you to include your face; we just want to see what the bra looks like when you are wearing it.   The series of steps listed below is what we call the Pattern Generation Process.   If you want a well-fitted bra, you need to be 100% involved and committed to each of the steps.   Unless your size changes, Pattern Generation needs to be done only on your first order.   The entire process takes about a month to complete and there is a fee for it.

Step 1: (You)   You need to provided us with your measurements as accurately as you can.   We need your measurements while wearing a bra and another set of measurements without a bra.   You also need to provide us with photos of you wearing the bra.   The bra in the photo should be the same bra you wore when you took the "with Bra" measurements.   You should wear your most supportive bra for the measurements and photos.

Step 2: (Us)   We will study the photos and information you have provide.   It is possible that we will call you for more information.   After analysing all the data, we will send you some bra wires for you to try.   The bra wires are the same wires that are around the base of bra cups.   This step will start after we receive payment and after the customer completes Step 1.   To order a bra, click Our Bra.

Step 3: (You)   You will receive some bra wires from us with instructions on how to find your correct wire size.   Although it may seem to be a very trivial piece of information, it is actually very important.   It is the foundation of all the steps that follow and it is not possible to create the perfect bra unless the wire size are correct.

Step 4: (Us)   Once you have entered the wire information on this page, we will proceed with sending you some tester bras.   Tester bras are bras with markings and guides that will assist us in understanding more about the dimensions of your breast.   The size of the tester bras that we will send to you will depend on the wire information that you have provided.

Step 5: (You)   You will receive three or more tester bras with instructions on how to wear them.   You should try each of them in various combinations.   Once you find a bra that is very supportive and fits the best, take photos of it.   Although it is the best fitting bra out of all that we sent, it may not be the perfect bra for you.   This is where we need a lot of comments from you.   You need to tell us precisely what needs to be done to make it the perfect bra.   Once we have reviewed your photos and comments, we will interact with you over the phone or through our website.   We will either ask you to return the tester bras or give you further instructions on what to try with the tester bras.

Step 6: (Us)   Once we receive the tester bras back from you, we will proceed with designing a pattern for you.   We will study the settings and guides on the tester bra together with all the information and photos you have provided.   Using these information, we will create a computer generated bra pattern that is uniquely yours.   This is the pattern that will be used to cut and sew the actual bra or a mock bra.

Step 7: (You)   You will receive the actual bra or a mock bra from us.   A mock bra is a partially finished bra that is made specifically for you.   The seams will be turned inside out so that it will be easy to make alteration if necessary.   Alterations are needed only 30% of the time, so you will probably find that the mock bra fits you perfectly and gives you great support.   You should take photos while wearing the bra just as you did for the tester bras.   We need to see if there are any minor alterations that need to be made.   You should also give us your comments about the bra.   Once we have reviewed your photos and comments, we will again interact with you over the phone or through our website.   We will either ask you to return the mock bra or give you further instructions on what to try with the mock bra.

If you received the actual bra, congratulations!   It means that we were happy with the fitting of the tester bra that we decided to skip the mock bra step.   Still, if you should find any problems with it, take photos and give us your comments.   We want happy customers.

Step 8: (Us)   Once we receive the mock bra, we will do one of two things.   If there is no alteration or the alteration is a minor one, we will simply re-sew the seams correctly; make the necessary alteration; and add the finishing touch.   This is what happens 90% of the time.   If the alteration is a major one, then we will re-create a new bra pattern and sew a new bra for you.   Either way, you will receive a perfectly fitted and very supportive bra!   Our bras are of high quality and it will last twice as long as bras you buy in stores.
